Configure and tune your system

With this powerful productivity tool, you can optimize your workstation to the applications you use by easily configuring and tuning your system. HP Performance Advisor catalogs the applications installed on your system and makes recommendations for drivers and performance tweaks that will allow your workstation to work better with the applications you use most. This can help you reduce the amount of time wasted waiting for system operations to process.

At the same time, HP Performance Advisor regularly monitors how the applications on your HP Z Workstation are performing. This allows you to make adjustments or perform upgrades to improve the overall performance of your system.

With HP Performance Advisor you can:

• Organize graphics driver certification information to help you make informed decisions when loading the latest drivers
• Track memory use and graphically display how applications and processes use physical and virtual memory
• Monitor system resource usage over time to identify bottlenecks
• Measure relative performance of key hardware components

Troubleshoot potential problems

HP Performance Advisor also reduces the time and energy you expend if you find you need technical support to troubleshoot a workstation problem. The tool does this by providing complete system configuration information on a single screen. You can then email the information directly to HP and Autodesk technical support personnel who are available to analyze and help you repair your system.

HP Performance Advisor is available in multiple languages, which ensures that personnel around the world can take advantage of its powerful functionality. It comes pre-installed on all new HP systems and can be downloaded for any HP Workstations you already own.
