RapidCAD Pro is a 2D CAD application that you can install on an Android™ powered device and take to the field with you. The application is highly accurate and easy to use due to many of the accessibility options we have implemented. RapidCAD was built on the background of 30+ years of CAD experience. This means that RapidCAD was designed to be the most useful and efficient mobile CAD application at market today. RapidCAD has in its arsenal, a full set of standard drafting tools that will allow the user to create simple to complex drawings. It also has built in object snapping that makes it easy for the user to join entities together. In addition, an integrated layering system allows the user to easily manage different types of elements from within the drawing. RapidCAD Pro supports AutoCAD® DXF format and we are currently working on bringing the DWG format to RapidCAD. A key feature of RapidCAD is the ability to access your drawings from anywhere, with or without a wireless connection. Some mobile CAD applications require an account to access your drawings. RapidCAD was built so that you can store drawings on your device’s internal or external storage, and always have access to them. This allows you to store drawings on your device, that you have received via bluetooth, email or a web download. Binary Mobility LLC has also released a CAD viewer for Android called RapidCAD Viewer. Although this application does not have the creation or editing abilities of RapidCAD Pro, it does provide a lower cost solution for viewing drawings while in the field.

• Tools and Tool Groups: There are many tools available for drawing in RapidCAD. These tools include arcs, circles, polylines, polygons, text elements as well as many other standard CAD tools.
• Optimized for Tablets: RapidCAD has been designed for Android(TM) tablets. It currently supports both the newer Honeycomb tablets, as well as older large screen devices.
• Dedicated Layer Manager: Just like with many higher end CAD applications, RapidCAD has an integrated layer manager, allowing full customization of your drawings.

• Entity Snapping: To help make drawing on a touch enabled device easier, we have implemented entity snapping abilities that will allow you to snap to objects drawn on your screen.
• Free Form Input: In addition to the standard touch drawing abilities, we have also implemented a direct input panel that will allow you to be precise with your drawings.
• Local File Browser: RapidCAD has a built in file browser, that will allow you to upload drawings to your device, and open them without the need for online storage or account setup.
• File Format: Presently RapidCAD supports the DXF format. Open any DXF files stored on internal or external memory. No online account required. We are currently working on support for the DWG format.
• Coming Soon: Although this application is ready for public use, we will be continuously improving on its feature set. These future tools include dimensioning, advanced editing controls and many more.
