The ProductCenter™ Autodesk® Inventor®, AutoCAD® Mechanical and AutoCAD® Electrical Integrators are your conduits to ProductCenter™ PLM (Product Lifecycle Management) from your Autodesk products. Product- Center provides a fully integrated design environment for all of your CAD resources and associated product data, along with flexible change and configuration management, workflow to automate product processes, and comprehensive “ProductCenter Bill of Information (BOI)” management. The BOI serves as a comprehensive “blue print” for all of the information about the product, its relationships, and dependencies including the Bill of Materials (BOM) definition. The BOI will improve your competitive edge by streamlining product data and processes, reducing development cycle times, thus improving the quality and reliability of your release to manufacturing which translates to improving time to market and revenue.

ProductCenter CAD Integrators are fine-tuned to take advantage of your CAD application’s unique features, including management of drawings, assemblies and parts along with external references for derived and mirrored parts for Inventor and the ability to manage drawings, inserted blocks and X-References directly from AutoCAD. It also enables you to conveniently obtain your as-designed BOMs directly from your asmodeled CAD product definition, providing earlier exposure throughout your product development enterprise to your product definitions for improved planning, procurement and coordination.

A common integrator framework lends consistency across all ProductCenter Integrators with the industry’s most popular CAD applications for ease-of-use and interoperability among all of your design tools.
